Aluminium Prints

Aluminium Prints are the highest quality way to print. They are top of the range, durable and have a high colour intensity for a stunning finish and a high resolution print. Fixings are included and arrive already glued to the back of the aluminium for you. The print itself is just 5mm thick and the 5mm thick fixings give the effect that the print is floating just off the wall. Please note that the photo may be slightly cropped from what you see on my website as the photo wraps around the edge of the metal sheet so that the edges don’t show. The product is supplied with a triaprint sheet to offer it protection during transit. This sheet is recyclable so please dispose of it in this way.

Important Delivery Information

Please allow up to 2 working days for me to place the order with my supplier and once I have ordered the print, you can expect it to arrive within 12 to 16 working days. The advertised price of the aluminium print includes the shipping cost of £9.95. Please note I cannot accept aluminium print orders to be delivered to overseas addresses – to discuss options please contact me. 

Aluminium prints require a signature upon delivery. BEFORE accepting the delivery, please inspect the packaging and the print itself to check for any damage during transit. If you do not have time to inspect your order upon deliver, in order to process any claims, you must sign for the delivery as DAMAGED. If you will not be receiving the order personally and have placed it for someone else, please pass this information on to them. I now supply aluminium prints with a triaprint recyclable sheet to offer it more protection during transit.You can read more detail on the terms & conditions of delivery here. 

Canvas Prints

Canvas Prints are sturdy and robust, printed with vibrant ink on a high quality canvas, stretched over a 100% European pine frame sourced from managed forests. The depth of the canvas is 38mm / 1.5 inches and the canvas print comes with a free hanging kit. The canvas is printed with a mirror wrap so the entire photo is visible from the front and the image is mirrored onto the sides of the frame so there isn’t a plain white or black edge.

Photo Prints

Photo Prints are printed onto Fujifilm Crystal Archive Digital Paper with a lustre finish. This paper is specifically designed for professional use and offers the widest colour gamut, maximum density for deep blacks and excellent colour saturation. These photo prints can be mounted and put in a frame. A frame is not included, as from my experience, people usually like to choose their own frame colour and style.

Returns & Refunds

Prints are customised orders, made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

In order to return an aluminium print that is damaged, it must be signed for as damaged when delivered by the courier, for the printers to be able to claim and get a new one sent to you free-of-charge.

Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo. In the event of any visible faults with the product, photographic proof will be required in order to be able to provide a replacement. Please note that the colours and brightness of a photo can vary. They may look more vibrant and punchy on the screen and this can vary depending upon which device you are using.
